"Impact of Climate, Energy and Water on U.S. Foreign Policy"

Facilitator: Evelyn Bloom

Guest Speaker Prof. Elizabeth Burleson received her LLM in International Law from the London School of Economics and her JD from the U. of Connecticut.

She is a member of the Pace University School of Law faculty and is a Fulbright Senior Specialist on climate change.
Focusing on emerging international law, she has been an advisor to UNICEF's Senior Advisor for the Environment and to the NY Director of UNEP. She has presented on treaty making for the UN Office of Legal Affairs, having participated in the drafting process for the UN's Framework Convention on Climate Change. She is an expert contributor to the International Panel on Climate Change.
