Our friend Renana from Fiddleheads Cooking Studio leads this cooking workshop for grades 3-6. We will be making spring rolls! Ingredients include:
Radish
Carrot
Cucumber
Beet
Mint and basil leaves
Vermicelli rice noodles
Tamari or soy sauce
Maple syrup
Rice or sesame oil
Lime juice
Protein (may be tofu, chicken, salmon or shrimp)
