The current version of the Westchester Library System App will be retired on 1/1/2025 and replaced with a new and improved app mid-January. Your barcode will still be visible on the old app, so please keep it on your device for now. Please use the library catalog to view your account and place holds. 

The Library will be closed on December 24–25. We will reopen at 9:00am on December 26.

Andrew Oros, Professor of Political Science and International Studies, Director of the International Studies program and the Peace and Conflict Studies Minor at Washington College.

Oros, is a specialist on the international and comparative politics of East Asia and the advanced industrial democracies, with an emphasis on contending approaches to managing security and on the linkage between domestic and international politics.
