Get ready to experience the solar eclipse on April 8th in New York State!
NASA-JPL Solar System Ambassador and science teacher Charles Fulco will explain why eclipses happen, their roles in history, and show you how to safely view and record the upcoming celestial event by constructing your own eclipse viewers (certified-safe eclipse glasses will also be provided). He’ll also discuss the importance of traveling upstate to the path of totality.

Monday, April 1 | First come, first serve. Limited supply.
- Solar eclipse glasses can be picked up in the Kids Room, 1 per household.

- Solar Eclipse Live Stream with NASA
- Family activities in the Kids Room starting at 1:00 pm.
- Solar eclipse glasses will be handed out on the day of the eclipse, first come, first serve.
