This July for Disability Pride Month the Town of New Castle's EPIC Committee created a new exhibit for our patrons to explore.
The Committee's mission is to improve the quality of life for people with special needs by increasing awareness and promoting full inclusion in our community. They aspire to implement programs, services and opportunities in areas such as social, recreational, educational, vocational, transportation, training, housing and care services.
