Event Details
In this two-part workshop you will learn how to mine your own lines for what’s fresh, and try out a few ways of looking at words that will urge them to sing! In class (and at home) we will borrow to build poems of our own from the strategies contemporary masters of poetry employ. Then we'll share the work with feedback in class. You will be offered basic (& optional) templates to pour your ideas into, so writers of every level will find a way to begin. Every poem is a new start.
